Hey CLAS faculty and staff!

Now that all of our faculty profiles have been officially transferred to our ‘new’ system, this week, we commenced the design phase for our new website, “CLAS 3.0.”

Once the main clas.wayne.edu website is completed (estimated target of May/June 2017), we will then begin the re-design and migration of each department site, one at a time. The timeline for the individual department designs is still being put together and we’ll be reaching out to confirm dates for that.

What can I do now?

Now is a good time to begin updating the content on your respective departmental sites prior to our meeting with each department. We will need to officially inventory each site and page (what goes, what stays) and your department’s content will need to be current in order to accomplish that.

How can I share my ideas?

If you have features and/or needs for the new coming website, as well as critiques, please send those along to clas@wayne.edu so that your feedback can be planned into the design process as we go along.
