The last meal I ate was this morning in my living room table. It was omelet filled with cheese and half a raisin bagel with cream cheese served on a white plate. I made the omelet on the stove and cooked the bagel in the toaster. I used salt and pepper in the eggs and put cream cheese on my raisin bagel. Once the omelet was cooked to my liking, I put cream cheese and habanero salsa on top. Next to my plate was a cold matcha latte. I mixed the matcha with water and put ice in it and stirred. I then put almond milk and vanilla creamer, which tasted so good.
I used a fork to eat my omelet and had a metal straw in my matcha drink. I sat at the living room table eating with my husband who was eating the same thing but bigger portions. He had cranberry pineapple juice instead of matcha. We were also talking about our plans today. My husband thinks I eat slow, but that’s only because he eats his food in four bites. Just kidding, but he eats fast. I like to chew my food and enjoy it. I do drink my matcha between bites. All these details show that I eat healthy and that I can purchase staple foods to eat every day. I would say that people would think that I am in higher social class based on what I eat. I would you tell a lot based on what people eat because heathy food is typically more expensive than fast food or cheap food like ramen noodles.
