I have a small family! I live with my mom, dad, and family dog named Finn. I think the dog has more respect in the house than most of us. My grandmother will even send him random cards because she loves him so much. I have a half-sister and nephew that don’t live with me.
My dream vacation would be so go with my best friend, or a few of them and go to see our favorite K-pop groups. Afterward go exploring to different shops and restaurants to try every day/night. One of my best friends wants to make it a tradition that we go to see our favorite groups and spend our entire paychecks on them. I can agree with her cause moments like those are probably the happiest I’ve ever been. I’m sure she agrees with me too. I think the best moment of my life so far was going to see my favorite K-pop group up close. I had bought very expensive tickets for a friend and I to see them in Chicago and the hotel we stayed at was connected to the arena they were playing at and even had a hallway that went straight there. We never had to go outside in the freezing cold to wait for them.
Our seats were in the very front right behind the VIP section. So our seats was at the same level as the group performing. I was so awestruck that my friend thought I was having a bad time when actually I was just trying to take in the experience. At the end they have a tradition of taking a selfie with the entire audience and you could actually see my friend and I in the very corner only because she was wearing a bright yellow puffer jacket in a crowed only wearing dark colors. I think one of the members even waved to me!
My favorite book series ever since I was in high school is called The Red Queen. It is about a world with people who have normal regular red blood and royals who have silver blood and depending on what family they’re from they have different powers. So for example one family have all have the ability to control metal while the other family and shape-shift into any animal. However, the people with red blood are segregated and poorly treated. The book is basically about equality in it’s own fantasy way. I’m a certified lifeguard instructor. I have taught so many classes over the years that I’ve seen 15-year-olds grow up and going to college now. Some even became my co-workers and became instructors themselves. Seeing how they’ve grown from being a shy teenager to the leadership roles they’ve put themselves in has always felt like a big accomplishment to me.
