About the study

This is a randomized clinical trial funded by the National Institutes of Health. If you participate, you will complete surveys about your health throughout the course of the study. You will be randomly assigned to receive one of three behavioral therapies OR no additional therapy. All participants can continue their usual care.

The study involves weekly surveys during the course of therapy, and a 6-month follow-up survey. Therapy, if assigned, consists of 8 weekly 60-minute sessions. All surveys are completed online, and therapy sessions will be conducted remotely by Zoom. When enrolled, you can continue any ongoing treatments that you and your healthcare providers determine is best for you.

You will receive payments for completing the surveys, up to $325 total over the course of the study. Therapy, if you are assigned to receive it, will be provided for free.
