Danny is a clinical psychology doctoral student at Wayne State University under Dr. Chris Trentacosta. Danny is a lead tester in the data acquisition team for the Brain Development Study age 5-year lab visit.
About Danny’s Research
Currently, I am finishing my master’s thesis which explores the role of EEG frontal alpha asymmetry in child emotion regulation processes. My future research interests include:
1. Preventive interventions for trauma-related conditions.
2. Theories and psychometrics of socioeconomic status.
3. The validity and utility of alternative psychiatric nosologies.

Clinically, I plan to specialize in community mental health interventions for underserved children and families experiencing stress and trauma as well as child welfare policies that enable the dissemination and implementation of these interventions.
