Sarah is a clinical psychology doctoral student at Wayne State University under Dr. Chris Trentacosta. She has held a leading role over multiple years in data acquisition for the Brain Development Study age 5-year lab visit.
About Sarah’s Research
My research interests include psychosocial influences on child social, emotional, and behavioral development; the influence on household environment and family interactions on development in early childhood; the role of parent and child play and playfulness on child developmental outcomes. I am currently developing my dissertation on the impact of playfulness on child development.

I completed my B.Sc in Psychology at Allegheny College in 2014 and my M.A. in Psychology at the University of Dayton in 2016.
