The Program will be represented well the 2019 Corridors Conference, taking place at Oakland University on September 28.
- PhD Candidate Sarah Primeau and Faculty members Adrienne Jankens and Nicole Varty will facilitate a collaborate session focused on “Engaging Student Voices in Assessing a Composition Learning Community”
- PhD Candidate Suzie Bristol will present a talk entitled “Technology and Collaboration: Engaging Students in Composition through Collaborative Research and Multimodal Assignments”
- Faculty member Ruth Boeder will present a talk entitle “No One Correct Way of Writing and Speaking: Language Diversity in the First Year Writing Classroom”
- Faculty member and Director of Composition Jeff Pruchnic will facilitate with members of the MI-WPA Executive committee a make/do focused on “Engaging Each Other’s Writing Programs: Sharing Information Across Michigan Colleges and Universities”
