Wayne Drives focuses on collecting nuanced and in-depth data. This includes data collection on faculty member experiences with toxic work environment, harassment and bullying; policies around modified duties, sabbaticals, and childcare; and hidden workload burdens. Data are used to 1) gain a more complete understanding of intersectional aspects for diverse women STEM faculty, 2) to inform the programs in the Wayne Shifts and Wayne Accelerates tracks, and 3) to provide evidence-based information for faculty use.
