The UN-RCE had an amazing time connecting with the Wayne State University community on Sunday at Festifall! It was a fantastic opportunity to meet students, share our mission, and discuss all the exciting ways they can get involved in sustainability initiatives.
During the event, we provided information about both our past and upcoming sustainability events. We were thrilled to see so much enthusiasm and interest from both undergraduate and graduate students eager to contribute to sustainable practices on campus and beyond.
One of the highlights of our day was discussing our $10,000 Sustainability Pitch Competition, which is open to all students. This competition is a fantastic opportunity for students to showcase their innovative ideas for sustainable solutions that can make a real difference in our community and the world. We are eager to see the creative projects that will come out of this competition and to support students in bringing their ideas to life.
