 We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with at least 1-2 years of research experience to work in a research setting by providing the proper animal husbandry and research support.

This work will involve colony management and handling of laboratory mice, as well as laboratory techniques such as PCR, extraction of RNA from brain tissue, brain histology, glia isolation, and sample prep for high throughput genomic sequencing experiments. While training will be provided for these techniques, preference will be given to candidates with prior experience with these methods. Eligible applicants are encouraged to apply.   • Sadagurski Lab is accepting new graduate students for rotation.
  • We are always interested in serious undergraduates who will be willing to spend at least one year in our lab, working 10-12 hours weekly. The students will have the opportunity to receive directed study or honors thesis credit after volunteering in the lab for at least one term. Students with an interest in metabolism, neuroscience, nutrition, and aging research are encouraged to contact Dr. Sadagurski.
