January 2025: Award alert — Brandon Opalewski receives WSU Undergraduate Research Opportunities Program funding to investigate the role of cardiolipin in cellular differentiation!

Brandon Opalewski, a junior undergraduate researcher in the Greenberg Lab, has received funding through Wayne State University’s Undergraduate Research Opportunities Program to investigate the role of cardiolipin in cellular differentiation. Brandon will develop a new cellular model using CRISPR-Cas9 to explore this interesting connection further.
